Spring Workouts are during the spring months usually starting in March and ending around the end of June or before July 4th holiday. Spring ball is not required but recommended if your child is not doing anything active during the spring months. It’s a great way to get a good understanding of the game for first time players. It’s also a good way to stay in shape. Those that come out for Spring Workouts will see a BIG difference in their development towards the end and the start of tackle season.
We work on fundamentals, tackling drills with dummies, running, catching, throwing, agility, and more.
We will have a 4 or 5 weekends (Sunday) of 7v7 touch football. Dates will be out shortly and posted in our team app.
